Borrow by Mail: Contact-free Circulation in the Midst of a Pandemic

Learn from the experiences of two different libraries using two different ILSs how they each launched or enhanced their borrow by mail programs in the midst of the pandemic to provide contact-free borrowing to their communities. Tampa-Hillsborough County Library is a large multi-branch system using Polaris and East Lansing Public Library is a single-location library using Sierra, and speakers will share their processes, lessons learned, and future plans for borrow by mail.
