## Leveraging Your Library’s Analytics to Better Serve Your Patrons

So you know your library’s GA property key is on BiblioCommons products, but what does this mean, what data can you look at, and how can you leverage this data to better serve your patrons? This session will begin with BiblioCore analytics: how to look at your most popular search terms, see what lists are most successful, and how to view custom analytic events. We’ll then look at some BiblioWeb analytics, starting with the new Blogging ROI Data Studio Report, and then looking at other Data Studio Reports which can help you determine when and what kinds of content are more successful at driving engagement.

Speakers:
Natasha Hesch, Director of Product, BiblioCommons
Francisco Canas, Staff Engineer, BiblioCommons
