## Teamwork: Reassess Your Website Using an Interdepartmental Team

Hear from a panel of libraries on how they manage their web team and created a website team for a new website build project. Learn from Arapahoe Libraries about how they structure their web team and how that team works together to keep their website running day-to-day. And from Sno-Isle Libraries learn how they switched from a custom website build to using BiblioWeb. Sno-Isle Libraries created a web team comprised of staff with no website background, and hear from the panel as they explain how working inter-departmentally gave them a wider perspective and allowed them to represent their customer needs better.
