**Are you prioritizing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) at your library but unsure where to start?**

Watch this webinar to gain insights and inspiration from Pima County Public Library's Affinity Teams. The Affinity Teams are collaborative, staff-led groups that promote inclusion and support for traditionally underrepresented identity groups.

In this panel discussion, representatives from the Welcome to America, Nuestras Raíces, and Synapse teams will share their experiences building and sustaining a DEI culture at their library.

You will learn:

- The origins and evolution of these affinity groups
- Strategies for building and maintaining relationships with partner organizations
- Methods for creating content that supports DEI efforts
- Techniques for maintaining momentum in DEI work

Attendees will learn how Pima County Public Library has successfully prioritized DEI work and reflect on how they might implement similar initiatives at their organization.
